The Benefits of Starting a Cleaning Business
To
get an idea if the cleaning profession is for you, please read the 11 benefits
of starting your own cleaning business.
Big Demand, real job security.
It's an increasing reality that the new American economy forces most upper middle class citizens to outsource their domestic and business services. These services are BOOMING and starting a cleaning business is one of the most lucrative. Many of our clients are upper working-class but simply do not have the time or energy to clean their homes and offices. A cleaning service is truly a recession-proof
business because the cleaning must get done by someone.
Unlimited income potential.
Grow your cleaning business as big as you want. Many new entrepreneurs have built up their cleaning businesses to 100k a year within one year. Try that with a J.O.B. (just over broke). Cleaning franchises are booming nationwide, but franchises are a bad deal for the want-to-be professional cleaner. Don't go into debt before you even get started. Save yourself thousands of dollars when starting a cleaning business and use the Suze & Ev Method instead.
Start within two weeks.
With the Suze & Ev Method you will be receiving calls within days.
You'll be giving quotes within a week. You will have jobs by week two. You will
have a full force cleaning service within a few months. We show you how we did it.
Start on a shoestring budget.
You can start a cleaning business with little up front money and grow it from there. This is just one of the
reasons Entrepreneur magazine calls this business one of the best start ups.
Believe it or not you can even start without a vacuum or a car...we did!
Be your own boss.
Absolutely my favorite reason for doing this work. My inner compass just tells
me that being my own boss is taking me in the right direction, and I'm sure you
can relate. Nothing quite compares to the pride and excitement of calling the
shots and being in charge of your own destiny. This is what owning a business is all
about, right? What is stopping you? You have Suze & Ev to show the
way.
Set your own hours.
We love this aspect of having our cleaning business even more than being our own
boss.
We take days off when we want, and as often as we can get away
with. Try that with a J.O.B. We find that both of us work smarter instead of
harder because we're able to tap into our natural sense of responsibility. When
you're empowered to take charge of your own schedule you take more pride in the
work you do, work becomes a healthy part of your life, instead of a burden.
Get paid everyday.
This is my second favorite benefit. It's really cool. Every day we get at least one check if not several. You won't stress out about paying your bills on time. No waiting two weeks or a month to get paid.
We have hundreds rolling in each
day. This makes your personal accounting system less stressful and a whole
lot more enjoyable -- even downright fun.
Cleaning is easy work, not technical or
complicated.
Anyone can learn to clean. Anyone can learn to be a business owner.
Anyone can succeed. Anyone can start a cleaning business. No steep learning
curve, you don't have to keep up with the technology fringe till eternity or
till you drop dead from exhaustion. Leave the technical and complicated
activities to other areas of your life.
Cleaning is not emotionally or mentally
exhausting.
This is Ev's favorite part of being a professional cleaner. Initially, Ev
started a cleaning business because he was frustrated with how emotionally
draining his J.O.B. was, making it very difficult for him to pursue his creative
endeavors. He was tired a lot of the time and just couldn't get motivated to
pursue a lot of his interests. Ev and I built a house ourselves with the free
time and free mental space afforded by our part time cleaning business. You will
have the time and energy to pursue your other interests.
Choose who you work with.
Number two on Ev's list of favorites. You know that one person who seems to
thrive on creating misery and unnecessary drama in every job they do? If
we discover we don't exactly click with a client, we have a system for replacing
them within one week, sometimes sooner.
You'll never feel trapped with an
undesirable coworker again. This can be a big motivator for starting a cleaning business.
Work close to home.
No long commute, no commute at all if you prefer. There is plenty of work
near you. We drive maybe ten miles a day. 80% of our work takes place in one
neighborhood. When Ev started his first cleaning business he rode his bike and
took public transportation to his clients' homes and offices. With a little
foresight and planning, you can clean with very few of your own supplies. We
show you how. We have met several other cleaners who work by bike and on foot as
well. One of them is a local window cleaner here in town.
Additional cleaning services.
Add any of a dozen additional cleaning services to your
initial service and really maximize your profits. Blinds, carpet,
offices, windows, construction, steam cleaning -- if it exists, chances are it
will need cleaning on a regular basis. You can mix house cleaning with office
cleaning or window cleaning with house cleaning or do all three.
But wait, there is another
great benefit of being a professional
cleaner...free stuff! That's
right, we get free gifts all the time. We also get a lot of great discounts at
stores and trade offers from clients. We've traded for a bed, bike, a high
quality cutting board, musical instruments and even a computer!
We
sincerely hope that we can help you realize your professional goals. We
created the

& Ev Method to help people like you free yourself from the J.O.B.
financial rut. If you choose to become a proud member of the cleaning
