How do I know my order is secure?
We use the oldest and safest order processor there is...Clickbank. We do not have access to any of your personal information, only the bank does. We only have access to your email address. We do not share your email address with anyone...period!

You can also use Paypal through Clickbank doubling the security. Clickbank accepts all major credit cards and online checking account transfer.

Does your method deal with how to set up a legal structure?
Yes, in great detail.


Does your method include business forms and contracts?
Yes, it has 6 business forms and legal contracts included. The Pro membership service has 16 (and growing) business forms and worksheets.

How do I order a website for my cleaning business?
We offer a custom cleaning business website service to our Pro Members. You must be a Pro member to order your custom cleaning business website. You can cancel the Pro Membership at any time and keep your cleaning business website indefinitely. You DO NOT need to be a professional cleaner already to be a pro member, anyone starting a cleaning business can become a pro member.

A cleaning business website cost $14.95 (Simple Design) and $22.95 (Sophisticated Design) per month. That includes any combination of content for house, office and window cleaning. The carpet cleaning business website costs $19.95 (sophisticated design) per month.

There are no other fees or start up costs. it is a very good deal and only available through Suze and Ev's Pro Membership service.

General information about the website service:

Do I need a domain name for my website?
We supply a default domain name that  looks like this- www.proclean2u.com/yourname

You can register your own domain on your own and have it pointed to ours or have us do it for $100. This way you can have your business name as your URL such as- www.yourbusiness.com

Will there be banner ads on my website?
There are no ads or banners on your website. These are high quality professional looking websites!

How long will it take to get my website?
The website will be completed within 48 business hours upon receiving your design form submission. We work with you through email. If it takes you 6 days to get back to us, then you must add 6 days to the estimated time of completion. It is 48 hrs after we resolve all content issues that your website will be delivered.

How many pages will my website have?
The website has five pages to start, you can add additional pages for $75 each (one time fee).

Can I see some examples of the website design?

Can I accept credit card payments with my website?
We can add a credit card payment page for $100 or we can add a 'pay with paypal' script on the main page for free. you will have to set up a paypal account yourself and send us the script.

How many changes can I make to my website?
You get 4 content changes per year. Examples of content changes are- address change, phone number change, a service change, theme color change, etc... I f you want to rewrite a page and send it to us, that will count as one change. We do not write content for you, but we will proof read it.

Is there a hard back version of your method available?
No, it's too expensive and not necessary. Our methods are optimized to be printed out at very low cost. There are no filler color graphics or pictures. You can print out the eBooks for pennies!

How does the carpet cleaning method differ from the other cleaning methods?
It is a different business model all together. It is designed from the ground up to be a total system for starting a carpet cleaning business.The house, office and window cleaning start up methods are available separately from the pro membership service. The carpet cleaning method is not available separately from the carpet cleaning membership service. when you purchase our carpet cleaning business method, you have immediate access to the pdf book (Suze & Ev Method) and the carpet cleaning membership services.

Does the pro membership include the carpet cleaning business method?
No, it only includes the house cleaning, office cleaning and window cleaning business methods. As stated above, the carpet cleaning start up method is totally different in its approach. But the house cleaning, office cleaning and window cleaning start up business methods do go well together, that is why we package them together in the pro membership service. The carpet cleaning method has its own autonomous membership service.

Is starting a carpet cleaning business more expensive than the others?
Yes it is, but the profit and expansion potential is much larger as well. All of that is detailed in our carpet cleaning start up method.

Is there a Spanish version?
There is a Spanish version of our Suze & Ev method, but you must request it once you become a pro member.

Can I start a cleaning business in the UK with your method? What about Canada and Australia?
Yes, you can, we have received very positive feedback that the method works great in the UK, Canada, Mexico and other English speaking countries. Our system teaches you how to sleuth out the appropriate information regardless of where you live.
